Governor

made it a
priority for
local
governments
to better
communicate
information
about their

and finances
to citizens.
The Economic
Vitality
Incentive

Guide and
Performance
Dashboard
available to
citizens by
October 1,
2012 in
order to
qualify for EVIP revenue
sharing
dollars.
These
documents,
as well as
our current
operating
budget, are
available

Citizens
with
questions
about these
documents

Cooperation, Collaboration and Consolidation Plans

Another aspect of the EVIP program is for local governments to cooperate
and consolidate with each other as much as possible. The City of Houghton
has been cooperating with and consolidating services with other local
governments for many years. Attached below are the City's cooperation and
consolidation plans by year.
