NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
CITY OF HOUGHTON-ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
ย There will be a Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 starting at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Center, 616 Shelden Avenue, Houghton, MI, 49931.ย ย The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing concerning a sign request variance for the installation of an electronic message board sign at UP State Bank, 902 College Avenue, Property ID Number 31-052-401-010-10.ย The site is zoned B-2 with conditions which does not permit electronic message board signs. Following the Public Hearing, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting to act on the variance request.
